TweakKey is Open Source, licenced under the GPL, see file `doc/license.txt´ in download below.
TweakKey adds keyboard macros and autotext entries to all Windows programs. You can redefine your keyboard and use any key sequence or word to insert arbitrary text or execute macros written in scripting host languages (JScript, VBS, etc) or Java.
TweakKey is written in C++ and compiles with G++ under Cygwin.
It currently supports macros in JScript and Java. Adding Windows Scripting Host languages like VBS or ActivePerl should be straightforward.
TweakKey has been tested unter Windows XP Home and Windows NT 4.0.
